About me

As a teenager I was in that last category. I had to find ways to feel better or I would not make it. I found enough to keep going and kept looking for things that would work better. 

For decades I've searched for better ways to create deep, fast, targeted changes that matter in my actual life. 

I've made dramatic finds (more about that below).

I'm sharing NeuroMastery® Meditation in a way that nearly anyone can benefit from it. This is a tool I wish I'd had. It would have put me ahead by decades. 

Where did this come from? 

After 

  • Decades of meditation (Zen, Sufi, and Tibetan Buddhist)
  • Living in spiritual communities (The Farm, The Abode, and smaller ones)
  • 10 years of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) including being a certified practitioner
  • Years of studying Nonviolent Communication
  • Tons of bodywork
  • Voice Dialogue (parts work)
  • and a lot more, including creating a 7-figure business,
  • all of which left me at a dead end, 

I started asking deeper questions. 

Those led to a breakthrough insight in 2010. 

It was like walking into a whole new landscape. I understood how people work with a new level of insight. 

~ How we are hardwired to create emotional/ mental /social patterns

~ A new way to think of these patterns that makes them more open to change

~ Why they're typically hard to change (based on evolutionary psychology) 

~ The big one: A new integration of ancient, modern, and brand new neuroscience discoveries to put the brain in rapid change mode toward wholeness.  

I saw new paths into new possibilities for being a person.

Traveling those paths, I found abundant treasures. 

As it turns out, there's plenty for everyone. 

Since then I've been developing and refining the best ways to get the most benefit with the least effort and time. 

NeuroMastery® Meditation is the ultimate distillation of this work. 

NeuroMastery® Meditation is a logical, simple practice that neutralizes triggers, patterns, fears, and limiting beliefs of all kinds.

This method literally deletes fight, flight and freeze reactions that have become entangled with your experience of life.  

As that happens your system naturally moves toward balance and wholeness. 

The easiest place to start is dissolving a specific stress you have right now.

This video explains how it works, how to do it, and takes you through it. 

As people do more of meditation they increasingly respond to life from their authentic selves rather than from triggered, automatic reactions. This feels great, by the way. 

In the video you'll pick something that bothers you. Then, after a 4-minute practice round and a 5-minute round, I predict that the thing you picked will bother you much less or not at all. 

That's 9 minutes total of the actual meditation, including learning the method. 

You may even feel sleepy as stress leaves your body. You may feel bored by the topic - when before you were upset. Either reaction means it worked.
